Your tasks

  • Carrying out customer visits to plant operators, plant manufacturers and engineering offices with the aim of marketing special and standard products in a solution-oriented manner
  • Preparation of technical calculations and design of customized solutions
  • Regular implementation and documentation of project tracking in the C4 system
  • Ensuring the achievement of turnover, sales and profit targets as well as a clear focus on acquiring new customers by implementing the corporate strategies
  • Development and realization of training courses, presentations and target group-oriented customer events
  • Market and competitor research and documentation

Your profile

  • Bachelor/ Master in Engineering and/or long term professional technical experience in HVAC
  • Good commercial understanding, with clear own initiatives and resilience
  • Sales understanding in supporting and advising the relevant decision-makers
  • Several years of experience in sales of complex technical components/solutions
  • Relevant market and product knowledge as well as knowledge of applicable technical rules and standards
  • High customer orientation and flexibility
  • Business fluent communication skills and enjoy negotiating
  • Willingness to travel within the European sales region
  • Good IT Skills (MS Office, SAP)
