Reflex - Thinking solutions
Reflex Winkelmann GmbH is one of the leading suppliers of high-quality systems for heating and hot water supply technology. The company, headquartered in Ahlen, Westphalia, develops, produces and sells innovative components and holistic solutions for pressure maintenance, water make-up, degassing and water treatment, as well as hot water storage tanks, plate heat exchangers and hydraulic distribution & storage components, in addition to diaphragm pressure expansion vessels.
The Reflex brand also includes the SINUS product brand, of the Sinusverteiler company, which has already belonged to Winkelmann Buildiung+Industry since 2014 and complements the entire Reflex product range.

Nema - Your smart choice for hydraulic applications
Durable and reliable: As a manufacturer of high-quality diaphragm pressure expansion vessels, the company Nema Winkelmann relies on the know-how and optimized processes of the Winkelmann Group.
At a modern production site in the Turkish city of Düzce, the company produces a wide range of different diaphragm pressure expansion vessels for heating and cooling as well as for drinking water and sanitary water systems. With this focus on a core range, Nema Winkelmann bundles its expertise to develop products that provide the perfect solution for numerous challenges in building technology related to water supply.
The vessels meet the highest requirements in terms of quality, reliability and ease of assembly on the one hand, and in terms of price sensitivity in markets outside Europe on the other.
The production processes and quality requirements are ISO 9001:2015 certified and manufactured according to EN 13831 and PED 2014/68/EU.

Diaphragm expansion vessels
Diaphragm expansion vessels provide the solution to the complex problem of maintaining the correct process pressure in water-bearing systems such as heating, cooling, drinking, industrial, or process water systems. The systems work with no power because a membrane replaces the usual pump or compressor. It separates the pressurized gas side from the water side within the vessel. We manufacture diaphragm expansion vessels for use across a wide range of pressures and nominal volumes.

Pressurization stations
Our pressurization stations represent a further evolution in diaphragm expansion vessels. An additional built-in control unit allows the volume in a connected vessel to be regularly adjusted with a compressor or pump to ensure optimal process pressure at all times. Our compressor-controlled ("Reflexomat") or pump-controlled pressurization stations (“Variomat") can be manufactured for different pressures and nominal volumes up to several thousand liters.
Buffer storage tanks for hot water
Hot water buffer storage tanks are essential in breaking the connection between when heat is produced with when heat is used. Our buffer tanks work on the principle of a layered storage system and can be filled with heat from a wide variety of sources such as heating systems, solar systems, heat from local combined heat and power facilities (CHP), or waste heat. A wide range of nominal volumes – from a few hundred to several thousand liters – enables their use in a wide range of applications, from residential to industrial solutions.
Drinking water storage tanks
With a wide variety of designs, nominal volumes and accessories, our indirectly heated drinking water storage tanks enable the storage and heating of potable water. Depending on the size and design chosen, our products offer uncompromising quality for individual homes, larger residential complexes as well as commercial and industrial buildings.

Heat exchangers
Our heat exchanger system ("Longtherm") is available in a wide variety of sizes with various embossments and connection types. It offers low flow resistance combined with particularly efficient heat transfer. We offer both brazed and gasketed heat exchanges to satisfy a wide range of requirements in energy technology.
Flat expansion vessels for heating baths
Our flat expansion vessels, which have been specially developed for heating baths but can also be used in cooling and heat pump systems, can be easily installed into existing system thanks to their space-saving design. Our products are available in standard sizes to easily serve the market. However, we would also be happy to manufacture according to your individual specifications.

Our hydraulic separators ensure high stability and safety in heating and cooling systems. They create a hydraulic decoupling of the primary and secondary sides. Their design compensates for fluctuating volume flows and thus prevents hydraulic problems.

Our manifolds are used in a wide variety of designs in heating and cooling systems to distribute the energy in the form of media flows in the system. Due to their favourable flow behaviour, caused by the design with sinusoidal curve, they ensure safe hydraulics and also facilitate installation.
For special customer requirements, we offer individually configurable prefabrications including the feed, heating circuits and pump groups - a proven product on the market here is the ProfiFixx.

From compact manifolds to HydroFixx and buffer storage tanks: With ProSinusX, tradesmen and planners can configure Sinus products individually in just a few steps. Those who register can save their relevant projects and manage them at any time. The finished planning can be transferred to the user's CAD drawing programmes via the most common interfaces. The web basis ensures that the planned projects can be accessed at any time and from any location.
Building engineering for buildings of any size and complexity
The Building+Industry division offers solutions to applications and customer requirements for water-bearing systems in buildings of all sizes and complexity. Our custom-fit solutions range from individual family homes and apartment buildings, as well as commercial and public buildings up to large industrial facilities. Various industrial applications include highly-sensitive projects, complex large plant, and special solutions. By focusing on energy efficiency, we are not only reducing energy consumption and subsequently CO2 emissions, but also reducing costs for residents or operators.
In private residential buildings, up to 85 percent of energy is used to produce heat and hot water. Our products are specially designed to meet this need. They not only increase the efficiency of heat generation, but also housing comfort.
In apartment buildings as well as commercial and public buildings, including offices, hotels, catering facilities and hospitals, modern Reflex and SINUS solutions increase the performance and safety of water-bearing systems, thereby also extending their service life at the same time.
