Diaphragm expansion vessels

Diaphragm expansion vessels provide the solution to the complex problem of maintaining the correct process pressure in water-bearing systems such as heating, cooling, drinking, industrial, or process water systems. The systems work with no power because a membrane replaces the usual pump or compressor. It separates the pressurized gas side from the water side within the vessel. We manufacture diaphragm expansion vessels for use across a wide range of pressures and nominal volumes.

Pressurization stations

Our pressurization stations represent a further evolution in diaphragm expansion vessels. An additional built-in control unit allows the volume in a connected vessel to be regularly adjusted with a compressor or pump to ensure optimal process pressure at all times. Our compressor-controlled ("Reflexomat") or pump-controlled pressurization stations (“Variomat") can be manufactured for different pressures and nominal volumes up to several thousand liters.

Buffer storage tanks for hot water

Hot water buffer storage tanks are essential in breaking the connection between when heat is produced with when heat is used. Our buffer tanks work on the principle of a layered storage system and can be filled with heat from a wide variety of sources such as heating systems, solar systems, heat from local combined heat and power facilities (CHP), or waste heat. A wide range of nominal volumes – from a few hundred to several thousand liters – enables their use in a wide range of applications, from residential to industrial solutions.

Drinking water storage tanks

With a wide variety of designs, nominal volumes and accessories, our indirectly heated drinking water storage tanks enable the storage and heating of potable water. Depending on the size and design chosen, our products offer uncompromising quality for individual homes, larger residential complexes as well as commercial and industrial buildings. 

Heat exchangers

Our heat exchanger system ("Longtherm") is available in a wide variety of sizes with various embossments and connection types. It offers low flow resistance combined with particularly efficient heat transfer. We offer both brazed and gasketed heat exchanges to satisfy a wide range of requirements in energy technology. 

Flat expansion vessels for heating baths

Our flat expansion vessels, which have been specially developed for heating baths but can also be used in cooling and heat pump systems, can be easily installed into existing system thanks to their space-saving design. Our products are available in standard sizes to easily serve the market. However, we would also be happy to manufacture according to your individual specifications.
