We are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

Internal Technical Service & Sales Support (m/f/d)

 

Your tasks

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees, customers, and service partners (phone, email, on-site at the satellite RTC) for the complete Reflex product range, especially degassing and pressurization systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and deliver trainings and guidance on the use of Reflex technologies.
  • Actively engage with large property operators to sell maintenance contracts and generate exchange business.
  • Prepare SAP-C4 service quotations for maintenance contracts and repairs, including follow-up and customer communication.
  • Enter and manage service orders and purchase orders in the ticket system, in coordination with the Area Service Coordinator as second-level expert support.

 

Your profile

  • Strong technical expertise in building services products, particularly in pressure maintenance and degassing
  • Proven experience in selling service solutions and related products
  • Excellent communication skills, including in challenging situations with customers and colleagues
  • Confident user of SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of Dutch and French, with good communication skills in English
