Winkelmann Building+Industry becomes reflexGroup

02 / 2026 | A unified brand for the future: reflexGroup

On January 1, 2026, our largest business unit, Winkelmann Building+Industry, changed its name to reflexGroup. With this step, we are pooling our expertise and resources to set the course for future-oriented development in the field of heating and cooling technology. The established brands Reflex, Elbi, and Nema are united under the umbrella of reflexGroup. The proven Sinus products will be marketed under the Reflex brand in the future. This creates a clearly structured portfolio that offers our customers orientation and reliability.

For the employees of reflexGroup, the renaming means a uniform employer brand that continues to be based on the values of the Winkelmann Group: entrepreneurial, reliable, and collaborative.

Christian Knechtel, CEO of the Winkelmann Group, emphasizes: "The renaming of Winkelmann Building+Industry to reflexGroup is a significant step in the further development of our group of companies. With the new brand structure, we are creating clarity and bundling our expertise in order to drive innovation and sustainable growth in a targeted manner. The reflexGroup combines strong brands, many years of experience, and future-oriented solutions under one roof—this is a clear signal to our customers, partners, and employees. I am convinced that together we will continue the success story of the Winkelmann Group and the reflexGroup."

About the logo:

The new reflexGroup logo symbolizes the shared space for all brands with two dynamic frames and connects markets and locations worldwide. It stands for an energy-efficient water cycle and embodies growth, progress, and the continuous development of the reflexGroup. The Reflex color green and the characteristic radius of the Reflex R pay homage to the roots and identity of the brand.

The reflexGroup looks back on a long tradition: The Reflex brand was founded in 1972 and has since established itself as a leading expert in heating and cooling technology and is an integral part of the Winkelmann Group's portfolio.
